I was brought into the world in 1976 and outside of “Blaxploitation” films, there were no African American activity or sci-fi stars. My number one motion pictures included “Tron,” “Superman,” “The Last Star Fighter,” and “Ridge.” The saints in those films had super powers, genius, and needed to burrow profound to conquer extra-usually troublesome circumstances, frequently at incredible individual expense. It is important here that the stars of these films were all Caucasian guys, and none of them appeared as though me.
